Artist Statement:
Van Earl’s art is not just about creating aesthetically pleasing objects but involves a deeper dialogue with life. He describes his work as a process of collecting memories and creating a “memory dialogue,” suggesting an intimate connection between his art, his personal experiences, and the viewer’s interpretation. His work often seeks to challenge and intrigue, pushing him to commit to art as a means of understanding and accepting life more profoundly.
