Autumn Martino is a talented local artist, born and raised in the picturesque Coachella Valley. Her artistic passion was evident from a young age, and she has been cultivating her creative spark ever since. She attributes her love for art to her mother, a guiding force who helped channel her energy and shape her into the artist she is today. Autumn is also deeply grateful to the many inspiring individuals she has encountered along the way who have provided support, encouragement, and opportunities.
Her artistic journey began to gain recognition in sixth grade when she won her first art contest for the City of Palm Desert. Since then, her work has been featured in books, showcased in galleries and exhibitions throughout the Valley, and even displayed at the Palm Springs Art Museum.
Autumn’s dedication to her craft has earned her numerous scholarships and awards, which have supported her academic and artistic pursuits. She is a proud alumna of Palm Desert High School, where she earned her diploma, followed by an Associate’s Degree from College of the Desert and a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies with a concentration in Art from California State University, San Bernardino – Palm Desert Campus.
In 2017, Autumn embarked on her most meaningful creation yet: becoming a mother.

As a multidisciplinary artist, I explore a diverse range of mediums, with my primary focus on painting. My practice spans oil, acrylic, spray paint, watercolor, caricatures, face painting, and murals. Deeply inspired by the beauty and culture of the desert, my work reflects its vibrant colors and organic forms, embodying my unique style of Figurative Expressionism.
I strive to find beauty in everything, drawn to the wonder and inspiration that the world offers. My journey as an artist has been guided by faith, with God opening doors and leading me to incredible connections and opportunities. For this, I feel profoundly grateful and blessed.
Sharing my art with the community is a source of immense joy. Through my creations, particularly public murals, I aim to bring beauty and happiness to those who experience them. In challenging times, I believe art holds a transformative power—to inspire hope, evoke joy, and foster connection. My purpose is to use my work to uplift and enrich the lives of others.
